Born and raised on Oahu, Lorraine Fukumae blends deep island roots with over three decades of real estate expertise. The youngest of four girls, she grew up learning respect, integrity, and hard work from her father, Henry, a construction worker turned small business owner, and adaptability and resilience from her mother, Misako, who moved from Japan to the U.S. shortly after World War II.
Since launching her real estate career in 1993, Lorraine has built a reputation for putting her clients’ needs first, negotiating fiercely yet respectfully, and guiding each transaction with transparency and care and treating them like family. She serves a wide range of clients, from first-time buyers, investors to longtime homeowners looking to downsize, many with dreams of planting roots here in the islands.
A lifelong learner, Lorraine holds her Broker’s License and designations including Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), e-PRO, Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES). She has giving back to the real estate industry that she loves by serving as a Director on the Honolulu Board of Realtors for six years with one year as Secretary, Education Chair for the Hawaii CRS Chapter for ten years, upcoming President of Hawaii CRS Chapter in 2026 and as an Ethics instructor for Honolulu Board of Realtors— all while staying ahead of the curve with the latest technology to deliver exceptional results.
